Trailing arm delete kit on the golf cart from last night. Recovery went surprisingly well.

Hell of a trip. Thank you everyone that made it. Per usual I didn’t take a single photo or video so hopefully people can share here. Sounded like there might be a plan to get a drop box or Google drive or something going for people to share full quality content.

What a trip... about 1000 miles round trip for me. Met so many awesome people... Big thank you to @Snowsk8air2 for coming up with the idea of this trip and showing us the ropes around Cinder Hills.
I've got a lot of photos and videos it'll take me a few days to get it all up...
Wednesday night we loaded up and hit the pike head towards Barstow to meet up with @sdecurti
Made to Bartstow Del about 1030 or so
Both of us weren't really interested in sleeping in the parking lot next to the KFC jump or backtracking a few miles to Barstow Main, So ,we decided to keep pushing to Ledew ( Ludlow for the common folk)... We peeled off Route 66 on a Railroad access road for the night. Fired up a few sport sodas and chatted for an hr or so before entering our vessels and getting a few hrs of sleep. 5:45 came early but let's be honest between the 7 freight trains that went by and sleeping in the equivalent of a hair dryer with the 90-degree wind blowing through the windows. we were ready to hit the road.
We made it about an hr or so and the Powerwagon tire pressure light went off so. We pulled off to investigate, and added a little air into the front left.
We pressed on without any further issues all the way into Flagstaff.
We got there met up with @vcyota92. Unloaded Trucks and got settled for the long weekend. I mentioned to Brian the fridge was acting up. After a little Diagnostic work., he figured out if you push on the board just right it would stay on. Sooooo
Took a quick rip with @vcyota92 . Such a rad zone... Had a pretty heavy monsoon roll through while we were out.
We cruised back to camp hung out and waited for more folks to roll in.

at the end of the weekend, Brogs & papa had a fucking blast, the ranger RAN all weekend with NO, N O, NONE, mechanical failures.
i did lose and destroy a bedside, but that's it! and i had........ a decent time. when i was actually driving the ranger on a road, even against a fucking tree, i was having a blast. whole different story if i wasn't though.
side story that goes with that, if anyone cares to read, it just me bitching and complaining.............
FUCKING FUCK this being so handifuckered up stuff. like, fuck it! it ruins so much shit for me!
for 1, walking in the Cinders...... is NOTHING compared to walking through the dunes. if i wasn't used to walking through the dunes, I wouldn't of made it 10 fucking feet out there in my boots.
THAT is why a lot of you probably didn't see very much of me, i can't just leisurely go "walk camp to camp to hang out and bullshit with everyone". andddddddddd along with that, when i do get to desired camp/spot/truck that people are cooking/hanging out/just talking/at or whatever........... I CANNOT STAND STILL ON MY TWO FUCKED UP LEGS FOR MORE THAN 5 consecutive minutes without just toppling over and my legs giving out! which is why i was sitting on the ground, a looooooooot. another thing, I AM NOT BLAMING ANYONE OR SAYING ANYONE IS AN ASSHOLE OR SHOULD DO/SHOULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING DIFFERENT/CATERED TO MY FUCKED UPNESS, is..... it takes me so fucking long to get in my truck and get ready to go. if i'm taking Brogan with, double that time. now i try my best to prepare for everything but...... fucking A. which is why i missed the first Saturday late ish morning ride everyone went on. i tried to search and catch up but i had no idea where anything was out there, or where to go. so after d4rivingt up and down that main road 2 or 3 times a bit, i said fuck it, gave up and went back to camp. then had Willis get there and convince me to go find everyone with him, but same thing. he fucking booked it out of there and didn't wait for me so i was SOL again.
then when someone came on the bike and said everyone was at $100 hill, he's coming to get his truck, i can follow him and he'll wait for me, i was like perfect. ill go with him.
so we go, knowing that it was worse than the dunes as far as being no tire-fire, it just bogs you the fuck down. i have a clapped out 302, with stock gears in my 8.8 and 35s... im pretty fucked.
made it about 3/4 way to $100 hill and as were going kinda sidehilling this trail, i go to turn down and theres 2 trees i need to make it around, then ill be at the bottom and should be good.
NOPE.
my shitbox decided to get stuck against the trees i was trying to get around.
no way i can be pulled straight without ripping the bedside off, and samesame if i got pulled backwards. so i was like fuck!
haha. not mad though! shit happens!
Noah, or w/e his name is, said hell go get Marcus in the badass dodge 5.9 and come yank me out.
comes back with him, hooks up, and i told him......... I LITERALLY DGAF ABOUT THE BEDDISDE. just rip me the fuck out of here.

I think @Juan50JuanRum gets the award for most seat time/drive time/passes? Don’t think he stopped to watch anyone on the whoops section, just kept making passes the whole time. And probably hit the jump twice as many times as anyone else.

we stopped for a bit in the whoops! need to get myself a radio setup since i was depending on others for the all clear signals. but we sent her many times haha.
