Super clean and rad build!
If you're interested I have WELDED and WIY rear bronco bumper kits. Similar to MZ bumpers.

That will be phase 3 maybe 4 but i do plan on going that route.Geoff's spring under kit all the way! Keeps the ride height lower and there's no shackle binding everything is clean.
I'm in the same boat. Wish I got the Giant 64 kit from the get go instead of going spring over.thanks dood
desolate recommended removing a spring till they settle but ill run it, going to crank the front a little bit more before alignment.
You know i really wish i went spring under at this point, im seeing the limitation of the spring over and how the rear shackle actually binds if you let it droop low enough. But that will have to be another phase on this truck cause im broke af now lol

Call Alondra brake and wheel. They should be able to do it.Feels good to be driving this thing around again after a few months.
Can anyone recommend an alignment shop thats competent with TTBs? preferably in the south bay/long beach area.
ended up finding a shop in lomita they got it pretty dialed. Lee's Tires. She might see some freeway time tomorowCall Alondra brake and wheel. They should be able to do it.
the ole tape got her close, feels good being perfect
I'm never used that style of sealed bearing on a 9in before I always run the Set 20 bearing with outer seal and never had a problem with them leaking before. Does that style bearing run a seal inside of it that the axle seals against the seal?
It appears the sealed bearing is the seal. So I would clean and remove the axle, then silicone around the outside and see if that works. If it doesn't then the bearing itself is leaking and I would replace it with a Timken Set 20 bearing with seal on outside of it.

You're the man thanks! The bearing retainers will take a press to get it all on. Myself I cut the old retainers off, hammer old bearing and stuff off the axle. Then install retainer, seal and bearing, usually takes a few smacks with a long tube, then I heat the bearing retainer with my torch till it's hot with it siting ontop of the axle, then when nice and hot drop it onto the axle and smack it till fully seating the the long tube/hammer. Then install race in axle, do a nice bead of silicone around outside in the groove, then slide in axle and install retaining bolts and go.
