I was in a position this morning to be fortunate enough to rip a 100 pack of burpees post workout back and bicep.

  • first 25 - 4 pump
  • second 25 -3 pump
  • Third 25 - 2 pump
  • forth set we did 20 - 1 pump
  • Last 5 double seals so pushup knee up push up knee up push up x2

Roached!

I didn't even realize there were different versions of a burpee. I thought a burpee was a burpee. Are these versions team based and if so who is doing the pumping? :p
For us laymen is the "pump" just adding push-ups into the burpee flow?

On my 2 mile lunch lap brisk walk I attempted to jog. Not doing that again. It wasn't bad cardio for the short stretch, but my chest mass, back mass, and spine loading and unloading was not comfortable. I don't know how the ladies do it.

Keep at it man maybe for now try to speed walk and work up to a jog. Don't listen to dancing with the stars wannabe Mom slayer. Good on you for attempting.

Pretty stoked squatted 185lbs / 10 reps clean this am for the first time and hit 450 plus what ever the sled weighs on the leg press again this AM

My back wasnt loving the 185 on the dead lift so only did it twice and then went back to 135lb to finish out the set.

Slowly but surely becoming slightly less of a weak bitch.

I am at 17.25 min/mile or 3.4 mi/hr pace currently. It is about as fast as I can move walking without looking like those crazy ladies you see with the 1lb weights.
