2026 Losers Club

i cannot even jump 1 centimeter on flat ground...............

like, nothing. no "jumping" whatsoever. hah
Then just body wight box squats. You could even do it to a chair or bench. The jump part of the burpee just activates the twitch muscles.
Is the "no jumping" a body limitation or to make sure you don't shake the brain in the skull?

No, its literally a body limitation. Like...... you literally can't just flap your arms and fly, I am not capable of making my body move fast enough to "jump". I can bend my knees, dtop low, then come back up, but I just cannot come up fast or quick enough to "jump"

Idk how to explain it and im getting pisstressed trying to think of how to explain it. Hah

That makes perfect sense. I imagine it is tough to get your heart rate up into zone 2 no matter what exersize you are trying to do. How do you do with rowing?

Getting close to where I would have normally panicked and started the diet...

I don't know how I let this get so far away from me. Well, I know, I am just sad. 289.2

I did a pre weigh yesterday mid day since I was going out to officially celebrate Shane turning 21 by bar hopping Main street Ventura. I was 288, so I didn't do too bad with food and drink.

Rowing used to be MY safe haven.(i think I used the correct words? Safe haven, right?)

When I would go to OTF twice a week, id JUST ROW for the entire hour. I think I did consistently like 40-45 minutes once a week. Honestly, now that I think about it, that was actually when I weighed the least. When I was rowing my heart out every week.

But I tried to cut back on some money shit and said OTF is a pointless $80 a month, when all I do is row and I have plenty of better rowers at my gym that I could use. (Not the shitty water rowers that OTF uses)
........ but then I never started rowing again at my gym. Hah.

I should really put that back in my schedule. At least like 30min row, 2 or 3 times a week would probably actually get me to where I want to be.......

It would seem like a simple exercise that works a bunch of groups but would also allow you to get enough movement to get your heart up to the 120-140 range. Zone 2 where they say fat burn happens most is 220 - age x 0.7.

306 i was a piece of shit last week. Embarrassed i dropped off working out completely last week.
Turn that into rage and correction vs depression eating. The diet is more important than the exercise. The exercise just builds more muscle, which burns more calories, and also burns calories while you exercise. "A six pack is made in the kitchen and not the gym" is the simple statement. You need to eat the right food whether you are exercising or not.

It sounds weird but my understanding is you can over do your cardio. You think harder and faster (phrasing) is better but if you are getting past zone 2 and into zone three then you are working on endurance but not really burning fat. On paper you think "look how hard I am working", but you body goes into safe mode and burns what is in your gut first, saving the fat for later. On the Peloton (bike) that would translate into more resistance and less RPM. Someone correct me if I am wrong. On the elliptical or treadmill, crank up that elevation.

Oooof. 174.2 this morning. 🫣 I’ve been avoiding it because I knew I wouldn’t like it lol.

Time to get back to regular workouts and eating properly. I’ve lost 35lbs before and I can do it again! Just need to find that discipline…

Hold me accountable, fellas!
