i cannot even jump 1 centimeter on flat ground...............

like, nothing. no "jumping" whatsoever. hah
Then just body wight box squats. You could even do it to a chair or bench. The jump part of the burpee just activates the twitch muscles.
Is the "no jumping" a body limitation or to make sure you don't shake the brain in the skull?
