Here is the middle road. Breakfast is exactly that when you break your fast. Wheather it is at 7 in the morning or 12 noon. You decided how long you want to fast for. If it is a 16 hr fast and you want to eat at 7am then stop eating and snacking at 3. Or stop eating at 7pm and start at 11. Water, Black coffee, and green tea (also no sweetener) doesn't spike insulin so you can drink it and maintain the fast period.
I am not currently fasting. Just eating clean, low glycemic, higher pH, and non alergenic foods. Unfortunately coffee is off the list as it is high acidic. And obviously alcohol as it is high sugars and effects your body in more bad ways than the fun good ones. I'll probably do a 7 day fast / cleanse after the 30 days clean.

I don't know if it is a contest, except it aways is. But we have not really set any parameters. Some are just trying to lose a little and then there is me who is trying to lose a @WW_RANGER_X so pounds lost or percentages are harder to compete on.

Curious, as someone who has has their fair share of head hits, but not to your level, we're you this monotonous on meals before the accident or did the "just do what I know works" come out of that? I have a few go to meals that I feel I eat a lot because they are easy, but not to the exact same breakfast and dinner for years level.
One of the things I do is I will season and cook a whole bag (12ish) of Costco chicken breast at one time to use in meals. Some times I bag them whole but mostly I will chop them into bite cubes.
My easy quick dinner is black beans in a skillet with your favorite seasoning, throw a brown rice package in the microwave (Costco or traders), add pre cooked chicken when beans are hot, add rice and stir it in.

before my faceplant....... i ate whatever the fuck my (now ex) fiancé would buy for dinner. we never cooked. she always bought food for breakfast lunch dinner. im pretty sure, at least. definitely not even close to being this monotooaanoutis, whatever that word means, as i am now. i had zero respect or care for my health. i HAD a hot as fucking fuckshit fiancé that i WAS going to marry, so i didn't care about prolly 60-70% of the shit i care the most about now.

Coffee isn't bad other than adding accidity. Coffee by itself is good in the caffeine and how it gets the system moving. Coffee flavored basically milkshakes or other fruity "coffee" drinks are bad, but also aren't really Coffee. 😉
All the other temptations in the coffee shops are also bad, but fuck going in a store and paying for something that is so easy to make. Try adding a clean flavored protein powder to it if you can't handle like God and Clint Eastwood intended it to be served. And at least get some bang for your buck for ruining the flavor.
 
Sounds like you need to go walk a few blocks to make up for it.
I started rough tracking and am close to 2200 calories per day right now which will drop Monday through Thursday as I won't be having fruit and granola in my shakes. Anywhere in the low 2000s will be about 1000 calorie deficit. Hopefully the wind stops and I will feel like doing more exercise than just the Thursday night ride.

Are you lifting more where you might be bulking some adding muscle weight (not bad)? Or is you body saving some because of the change. Also if you are eating the same exact base meals all the time before and after the only way to lose is more calories burned than normal. It would be easier to cut or change some of the fuel going in vs hoping you run the motor strong enough to lean out the mixture.
 
-15.0 lbs for the week.
My meal prep for work today and tomorrow.
Each has a scoop of fiber and a Biostick (gut bugs) the lunch also gets a scoop of greens. I left the greens out of the morning shake as I went with coffee flavor on those. Afternoon I went with Chai flavor because I am trying to burn through the bag to make room in the cupboard. Normally it would be Vanilla.
I also packed some cashews and Chomps for snacks and have some fizz sticks for caffeine.
I meet with a nutritionist today. I will update with her advise later.
