my tendency is, not to listen to anything on IG unless it's a legit historic type of video, but then again nowadays fucking AI can make anything llook historic!!!!!!!!!

so what & who the fuckshit do i listen to?1!?!?!?!?
 
Here is the middle road. Breakfast is exactly that when you break your fast. Wheather it is at 7 in the morning or 12 noon. You decided how long you want to fast for. If it is a 16 hr fast and you want to eat at 7am then stop eating and snacking at 3. Or stop eating at 7pm and start at 11. Water, Black coffee, and green tea (also no sweetener) doesn't spike insulin so you can drink it and maintain the fast period.
I am not currently fasting. Just eating clean, low glycemic, higher pH, and non alergenic foods. Unfortunately coffee is off the list as it is high acidic. And obviously alcohol as it is high sugars and effects your body in more bad ways than the fun good ones. I'll probably do a 7 day fast / cleanse after the 30 days clean.
