What's up guys. I am new here but thought I would toss some pictures and info about my truck.
I bought this truck from a landscape company with a blown motor. It was rough but the price was perfect for something I knew I would be taking apart and replacing lots of parts on.
I started with Mid travel TC uppers and Icon C/Os up front and then the TC shackles and Icon shocks in the rear. ENKI RPT1 wheels with 33in tires. That lasted a year then it went full MCM Fab LT front and rear with ADS C/Os and Bypasses with Air bumps. Lots more that I have done over the years and as I find old pictures I will post them.
I took my time with this build and did lots of research because this is my DD and my Tow rig, so it has to drive nice and still be stable with my 24ft travel trailer behind it.

It tows great. It's not a rocket ship up over the mountains but I don't really push it that hard either.

Yes 35s right now and getting ready to make some changes to fit 37s.

Got some shots of the inside. My kids are a bit spoiled with the heated seats in the back. And some shots of my setup for extra fuel, power tank and tool storage.

Just did about 300 Off road miles with 250 or so freeway travel miles this last weekend.

After that last trip it is time for a shock refresh. So removing the shocks and dropping them off to Liberty Mountain Fab. Phil does amazing work. While everything is off I decided to cut up my wheel wells and make room for 37s in the future. I had to finally remove my windshield washer and move some headlight bracket supports on the front, had to cut and trim weld and seal the rear side of the well. And do some hammering on the sheet metal on the top inner fender.

Not sure how long they will last but made some mud flap mounts welded to my rock slider and just using some ABS so if I hit anything it will just snap off. I am just trying to keep the crazy amount of mud off my door handles.

Drove over to Gardnerville NV ro see Liberty Mountain Fab Phil to have my ADS Shocks rebuilt. They were in great shape but just seeping a bit. Got some snow on the way over the hill.

Well got the shocks back on and wanted to double check full droop and full bump clearance and make sure my bumps were bottoming before the shocks.

Back on the ground. Next up is mounting my new window washer bottle and tearing the rear end apart to replace some bushings and check over everything.

My Son made a nice clean bracket for a new windshield washer bottle and pump.

Tearing the back end apart to replace some bushings in the Cantilever system and clean up and change some springs, and install my front spring perches.
When pulling the springs out I found one really bent center spring pin and one broken.

Well today I fought getting the 20 year old frame rivets out of the forward spring hangers. Got it done though and got the other spring cleaned up and painted. Hoping to cycle the suspension this weekend.
