What material/size for upper links are you guys running on 4-links?

What Material, OD and wall thickness are you running on your uppers?

Truck weight and lengths would be nice to know too. I’m trying to avoid overbuilding them but don’t want to risk anything either.

Appreciate any real-world data.

2" .250 wall DOM on mine.

Mine are 1.75”x.120 DOM, around 40” long but I don’t recommend that

2”x.250 is what we use on a ranger 1400 truck. Taco’d 1.75x.120 on the first real test but they’re around 60” long and a barrow spread because ranger. Bent a 2x250 wall as well in a rollover. Can’t believe the Heims and bolts held

DOM 1.75" x .120" or 2.0" x .120 if your over 5500lbs.
