I'm 18 about to turn 19 and I was planning on being in union 469 but I've just been waiting so dang long and haven't moved up on the waiting list so I was looking to see what everyone on here does for a career? I was thinking srp next I just want to be able to afford the off-road addiction lmao

I work in the water/waste water industry. I figured that it will be a forever career with little change due to the importance of having clean water for living. in life we need 3 things, clean air, clean water, clean soil. that makes long healthy life.

most everything else will change or go away in a long career.
there are several crafts working at a large plant like where i am. we have a rebuild shop, fabricators, plant operators, electricians, instrumentation, mechanical, planners, and all the support staff to assists.

i'd suggest faceplanting on a (most likely) speeding minivan, live at home with your daddy like a baby, use your college degree for nothing and get addicted to something gay like yoga, then become a yoga teacher and live off (to the best of your ability) your tax money you've paid for 10ish years (disability/ADA).

It won't pay for the offroad addiction, for sure there, but you'll meet and get to stare at a looooooooooot of hot chicks in yoga pants everyday.

Become a doctor to be able to afford the off-road addiction that's the only way possible. Also if you want to make money to afford the off-road addiction don't start working in the off-road industry unless you are the one building the trucks and can do that for yourself while customers jobs pay for the rent/parts/tools/living etc.
