Hey guys! I'm a complete beginner haha

Hi guys I'm 17 and I live near Tooele Utah so nearby a lot of offroad opportunitys. I have a 1994 4x4 manual ranger with the 3.0. its an alright truck but the engine has a misfire and is realllly slow, anyway I want to build it into an ultra-budget prerunner that can be used on street and used for random hooning around with friends. I am mostly a beginner to working on trucks, and I want to learn more like welding and fab stuff if anyone lives near me who could advise me a little then hit me up haha!
