That's kind of what I was figuring sadly, what did you use for your power steering lines? I was debating on using -4an or -6an.

I used all the stock style fittings. Just had a new pressure side made at a local hose place

Your question is a little confusing. Is the truck you are doing an engine swap on a 01? Or are you wanting to swap in a 01 engine, and fuel pump into a pre 94 (obd1) truck?

Is there a reason you don’t wanna stick with the tank and pump you already have?
If you switch the 01 will be a return less style system right now you have a return style. so you’ll probably have some fuel line differences to re do
Not sure if the stock fuel level sender from the 01 will be the same ohm range as the 94 so the fuel gauge might not work

Lots of good information on this.

Swapping this motor to the 4wd frame. I (brian) had to notch the lower crossmember in order for the motor to fit. I'll add more information and pictures when the motor is out of the truck and the I start working on it again.

I have to do the same I used the same mount brackets off ohv engine and installed them on engine I too going to notch frame but when I look down the center line of engine it's got the tail shaft pointing toward pass side I'm hoping notching the frame will solve this.
