Tried to scope the waterfalls out got turned away by some sketchy fucks with a full size penski rental truck way back in the canyon.

Moved on to look at my new DD

We started off slow tiny leak in flaunts tank as we crested the mountain to go into Death Valley.

The view was terrible

Down the mountian was rad. I didnt get any photos i think maxwell did.
We got all the way down had to do a mile or 3 of rock crawling hit the bottom of the lake bed WFO stoked to be out of the rocks.

Calm down. I read the never lift manual twice. I got this...I made it across and so did the rest of the pack.
Looped back around to save Scotty. Had to shut off his life alert alarm. Broke out the umbilical Cord and winched him out.

This when Death Valley decided to drop it hard.

So after making it over the first crossing. No big deal. We come up to another crossing looked. Every one was kinda sizing it up. Kyle and I winding up for full attack. I loop around put my foot to the floor and hold on. we hit the crossing at 30 ish Mud exploded everywhere! I stayed in it we hit the other launched out of the other side. hit the hard pack slammed it into 2nd. The crowd went wild. hahaha
Metcho followed my line also blasted through it. I pull of on the hard pack . Metcho pull up behind me.. DUDE ! your air filter is gone. WHAT?
Hes like I think I ran it over. FAWKKKKKK.... the rest of the guys pull up minus maxwell in the stock Tacoma. and mikey in the bless mobile. Both 4x4 both stuck as shit lol about a 1/4 mile away from where i decided to pull up.

So Flauntasia recovered the filter. he said it was flat lol, Did what we could to take everything appart and clean everything out. It looked like I got lucky and nothing actually made it all the way to the intake. Straighten the filter as much as we could. Put her all back together and she fired right up.. Shit i think it ran even better. Just as richard and i got everything back together. The rest of the gang was unstuck. We pressed on.

Way Back down was Equally as rad... straight up driving down a creek for about a mile

Long as day on the trail. Rolled into to our camp site around dusk BBQ, a few sport pops and some laughs.

Woke up had another feast. Broke camp
hit the road back to the torona. gassed up. Metcho Jammed home. So the 5 of us pressed on.

pulled off the dirt in Ridgecrest and hit the pike to Boron!

Domingos Mexican place...I was still pulling for astro turf burger... got Veto'd
