I’ll start here with my junk . Was a 94 2wheel drive when I picked it up . Blown motor . Little beat up but solid . Blew it apart and started the build using some parts from OG rig .
22re . W56-B . Dual cases with marlin adapter . 529s . Welded front and rear . Hydro assist . Highsteer . Chromo’s . The typical mild crawler .
OG rig was an 87 extra cab . She was beat .

Then as it progressed it got hammered. Few sets of doors . A couple dozen windows fenders and warn out parts I decided once the body was beat I’d cage it . Makes sense right 🤣.
So it got caged . Went through the drive train over time with Detroit locker rear . Grizzly locker front . 4.7 gears in the rear case . Went to single triangulated 4 link rear with coils . Fully trussed front housing . 6 shooters . Drilled out hubs and chromo hub gears .
Boat belly went from 38s to 39’5 iroks and ended with 40” trep stickies . . Ditched the tube bed for a box to haul more gear . That was some of faze 2 or 3 I’m really not sure I loose count lol

Now where she is at up to this point .
Same running gear . Plus a trail gear rear disco for front dig . Stretched wheel base . Boat sides . Full engine cage . New exo . Hole rear frame section narrowed and raised up . 3 link front with 18” air shocks . Same single triangular 4 link rear with 18” air shocks . Currie sway bar . Will be full metal dash and tub floor . All skinned with 1/4 UHMW for the floor and dash panels . 1/2” UHMW for the boat sides . Still a ton of cage work to do . Same with interior . Few more months and I’ll get it goin 😅 sure there is more I’m missing but that’s the just of it and up to speed . Picked up some method bead locks and 40” nitto’s I’ll be going to .

Yeah still rocking that beat up old 22re . Over 450 thou on the clock and still runs great even after running on it side for a while lol

Got suspension all welded up . Frame mounts and axle mounts . Cut out the inside of the frame and replaced with 3/16 plate to make sure it last . Stock inner skin is crap thin . Got measurements done for my air bumps and limit straps . Pretty happy with the turn out so far .
