To say I am not bummed about the whole Situation would be an understatement. I haven't talked to the long block builder in years and don't even see a reason to try and contact him as at this point. it is what it is. I have great friends and they have offered to help out in any way they can. That being said we are so deep into this motor we are going to keep moving forward with a reputable motor builder helping. Block, heads, and crank are at the.machine shop to get a clean bill of health. New custom comp cams are on order and right now we are just waiting.

Don't think I posted this yet but we got the new door and A piller on. Had to cut out all the damaged sheet metal and graft the new stuff back in. I used to do body work full time so this was kinda second nature. Took me back. Lol I ended up making a new panel as the old one was wasted. A portion of the top had to be welded back in as my buddy got a little sawzaw happy. Even blasted it with some rustoleum to finish it off. 😂 now I gotta re coat the inside with some lizard skin. Also have to pick up a new rear door and then pain everything. New new motor is almost done at the machine shop. See how this go around goes.😬
