Bent tie rods

What’s everyone doing with tie rods that have a bend in them to keep them from flopping around? I remember back in the dr days seeing people putting rubber at the heims to help that. On my driver side I had to bend it a little more to clear the pitman arm at full bump.

i cut up a bushing and used the shoulder to put around the misaligment to keep it from flopping.
 
I machined four poly bushings I had in the shop that already had the correct ID. Here is a picture of the day I finished it.
Two at the spindle and two on the swinger. They push on by hand and are a little loose so the heim does move. Absolutely no problems with this.

I remember it being recommended for years on DR by so many so I tried it and it just works well.
