Awesome podcast. I worked for Dave for 7 years and knew some of his prior history but not everything. I'm glad he mentioned where he tried different sites to sell everything, Rally Car, RC car, Moto. All that shit just caused his headaches and never sold or made us any money. BUT it did get us accounts with a few vendors that I took advantage of and bought some stuff for my motorcycle at employee discount which was nice.

i got caught up on my way to the clean-up. I particually like the podcast about going to utah... and hearing about scott driving out a truck he bought 3 days prior. That would make my anxiety level go through the roof. But was a good listen.

Thanks Dude, I think that's all part of any successful business. Trail and error. Learning about Poly and Synergy was a pretty cool experience for me. To hear the tale of started at the bottom from CCS Skate Catalog sales to Gateway computers..and now we are here.
It's wild to think about DMing you on DR and ordering parts to build my truck in 2007 or 2008 and then years later to be doing a Podcast with the Dave. Meeting some of the crew @Poly Performance @chays2464 @COLINSMITHSLO Life is weird! Super rad, still stoked on it.
Yeah. I'd love to have the opportunity to work for them again. I've learned a lot and am not trying to just grow my business like I was back then. Working remote is the part that's making it difficult because I may have tainted that style of work for the company.

Want to thank Elliot for spending some time this weekend with me doing the podcast. Our schedules worked out great as i was passing through town on the way back from Pismo. So much fun to shoot the shit with friends.
