Josh Williams 2087 Class 2000/prerunner build

Full bed cage tied to existing work. New interior cab cage and engine cage and adding 2.5 10” coilover and upper arm mounted bumps, new F67’s and hangers.

Got Josh Williams cab cage almost finished in his class 2000 Toyota build.



Started a new 3.5" axle housing for my brothers new ranger build.

Using Desert Specialties 2.5" hubs.



Also did a cage in a Crown Vic for a local racer. This class is gonna be super fun.

Also yesterday started removing the old springs and hangers to add in new F67’s on the rear of the truck.



Texas Customers rear link kit assembly ready to be shipped! 4 Runner builds gonna be legit!

48” offset trailing arms

Started assembling some more CM kits… 84" kit going to SDHQ In AZ for a customer of theirs.

A 91" kit going to a new 6100 build. They also purchased one of our 3.5" housings for their prerunner.


I think we’re on axle housing #11 or something as well now in the last 2 months and now have them in 3 states.



Also drew up and cut a new fuel cell cradle for @b2pmotorsports in Texas. uses a 35gal JAZ Jeepspeed cell.

Another new housing done and ready for Bryan Blagg’s class 2000 truck.

3.5” housing, fully tabbed and ready to drop in. Took hot old 3rd member and swapped in a new 40 spline Strange Spool, Currie 40sp axles. Jamar 5x5.5 2.5” hubs.

Josh Williams new class 2000 build. Engine getting finished up and tighten up some other loose ends and this one’s done.

Cycles 14.25” and will strap at 12-12.5” just for safe sake of everything

My buddy Nicks truck kept bending (typical OBS Chevy truck) at the front body mounts. So added a 2” TE Designs cab cage kit. Tiring it all to the engine cage and bedcage should eliminate that and having the cage is safer anyways.. but fuck these trucks forsure lol

My brothers build coming along very quick.

I put together a axle housing for him, ordered a 2” cab cage and backhalf kit from TE Designs, he got a 70gal fuel safe cell brand new for $1k, new PRP Alpha seats, Desert Specialty hubs front and rear, Chevy LS with 4l80, DIY beams and all our pivots/swingers. 3.0c/o and 3.5 b/p front and rear.

Total time into build is less than 2 months total.

Should be a fun truck
