88’ Raingutter Ranger

I know right, we’ll see. Original cage was subpar to begin with, I couldn’t sell it to anyone with good conscience.

But like Kevin said basically everything is getting reused from the original truck or from parts I bought to put on the old one. Trying to keep it cheap!
Nice! I must of missed that part of you keeping stuff, I saw a new housing a bigger shocks, so I just assumed. My bad! Truck is definitely gonna be nice when it’s done! As long as the grille stays the same.

Yep grill is staying and have an original chrome bumper for the front. Will look similar to Cole Edmund’s (ERD Off-road) old red ranger. I’ll have to get some custom fenders for the front but will retain the old rain gutter looks (no raptor conversion)

Still collecting parts for the ranger. Was able to cut the interior and put the truck on dolley wheels to roll it onto a trailer.

Also if anyone is running a Ford C6 with a fixed yoke and is looking to upgrade from the original 1310 on it, I found a shop that makes a 1410 direct replacement.

Well it finally happened. Ranger and all the parts were loaded up yesterday and hauled out to the shop. Chassis welding will begin in May, goal is to have it rolling within the month. Looking over the parts, can’t seem to find anything I’m missing for the build other than a 3rd member, axles and some brakes. Still shooting to have the truck done prior to Halloween.

Is it going to a shop to finish? Or a shop that you’ll be doing the work out of? Time to start cranking!
