2026 Losers Club

I did 2 mile walk with 30lb pack. I think the nerds call it a Ruck. And then raked / rode Yucca Sucka top to bottom. I was hoping to get more ride miles in, but I guess trail work is more important.
 
@4lowlance I know we are planning on 8ish miles Monday. Should I make you some weight bags this weekend too? I was going to get sandbags and gorilla tape and make 10lb bags / plates for the backpack.
 
265.0 Friday morning before camping and 265.0 this morning. I call that a win. Hiking up Dishpan to catch @4lowlance in the lead vehicle after spotting everyone through the waterfall probably helped. Only having two beers and a Tiki drink probably helped more.
 
Finally did it. 159.5 this morning. (Jake STFU). 4X4 from in n out for lunch today for sure lol.
No problem if you get it protein style and skip the fries. You would still be 1000+ calories. Better would be to skip the cheese as that is 160-200 calories.
But at some point you just need to eat what makes you happy and re-arange the rest of the meals that day to end up in the same spot. Or do enough activity to off set it.

Forgot to weigh in this am.. Ran 7 miles last week total over 5 days at gym.

Finally benched 155 lbs 10 times Saturday... Pretty stoked that. Only been able to get 7-9 last 5 or so months.

Gotta keep chipping away at 185lb now I can get 2 clean then 3-6 or 7 with a little help

Going to push for 10 miles this week hit 2 miles this am already.
