2026 Losers Club

226. Kinda surprised, I was expecting to be the same weight or worse. Back at work now, but my back still hurts. But trying to get stretches into my routine when I can. Portion control seems to be working I guess. Hoping as I limber up and drop more weight it’ll ease the strain on my back.

derp.

i just cant fucking control my portion size. or portionS.
idk how much its affecting it or HOW it's affecting it but I've got my routine down and pretty damn consistent.
only thing is, it ends up with only like 1, maybe 2 days lifting weights.
other than that, i do 2 yoga classes a day Tues-Fri in a heated room. it's not technically "hot yoga" but for ME with my internal thermometer all fuckered up now, it definitely is. usually doesn't go above 100 unless its a packed class. but usually its a good 95-97* in the studio, and i do 2 back to back. so i don't get much of a cool down break

I didn't just drop the ball this weekend, I kicked it down the street. Trail work weekend and it was one bad choice after another. Uncrustables, chips and salsa, beer, whiskey, pancakes with syrup... Then pizza, and a chicken parm sandwich to close out the bad choices off trail. But boy, did it all taste great at the time. @4lowlance kept looking at me, shaking his head in disgust.
Had a great time splitting a giant rock that fell on the trail into a much smaller rock on Saturday and cleared a bit of brush on Sunday.20260425_144334[1].webp5613.webp

#3 160.5lbs I dont know how or why. Probably stress lol. Triple checked my scale. Had wife and kid get on it to double check and they were the same weight as last week. 3 pounds in one week just doesnt seem right, right?. I took last week off from shock work so we have been riding bikes every night and i did drink a shit ton of water. Just doesnt sound right to me but i could be wrong.

Water flushes the system and bike rides is extra calories burned. Plus possibly building some different muscles means more muscles to burn more calories down the road. All movement is good.

While you ate like crap, breaking up that boulder and hiking around isn't easy work!

On a side note, what is the tentative opening date for the Miler Jeep Trail??

I think they try for May 1st typically. Lance just has to turn in the report. I am pretty sure it will fall back off quick. It is probably mostly the breads processing slower and still sitting in the gut.

Was feeling slender as fuck this am and then I got on the scale 206.6 lets gooooooo

Starting week 28 in a row of at least 3 days a week at gym ( its usually 5 days )

Ran a mile each morning last week and another mile this AM that's 2 weeks in a row down...

Gunna bump it up to 2 miles a day...

too much Weight Gain 3000 I guess... aint care.

Gunna keep hammering.

230 lbs this morning. Not sure what happened as I ate pretty well last week and did quite a bit of walking (over the weekend). Either way, next weeks scale digits will be lower!
*in morgan freeman voice* "but that, was a lie. He did NOT lose any weight in the days to come, and instead his next weigh-in would be 230.1lbs, despite walking MILES in the days between... but he did have a huge sprouts deli sammich in his gut at the time of that weigh-in, so hes going to use that as his excuse"

You still managed to resist the chips a hoy cookie I offered you.
Super fun weekend busting our ass for the greater off-road world. I love it.

243.8 this morning.

If I fast a bit this week I can still hit 240 by May 1st.

I feel a little better about my self. I rage hiked 8.69 miles after work yesterday in @dwphoto backyard with a 30lb pack and hit the scale at 269.8 this morning. I am now only 2.8 up from last week... 😟
Hell yea dude! Good work.

Had a Racoon in my house this am at 4am got it out and decided it wasn't worth going back to sleep alarm goes off at 4:30am... got to the gym early like 5:05 so decided today was the day... Ripped a little 2 mile run... after the first 2 or 3 minutes of wanting to die... it wasnt that bad.

Then hit Back and Bicep... Smoked
