I ate all the M & M's Lance threw away.
still pretty solid on the diet had a few keto torts over the week that must have done it.
Week 21 of Gym got dominated by 185 this morning only did it once . Skated in a Pickup game( hockey) saturday and am about to leave to the rink right now for the Monday skate I've been playing in
honestly pretty stoked on hovering around 200lbs...

Hopefully it was done immediately after a long Gym session so that it could at least do some good with the bad. The mindset should be "never again" so you aren't looking for rewards. That way if you break there should be a tinge of shame. There is a reason they call these things "guilty pleasures". Create a reward that isn't bad. Like, if I go 4 weeks without X then I will treat myself to a rib eye at my favorite restaurant. If an alcoholic or druggie rewarded themself with a drink or some meth at the end of a short goal, how do you see their recovery going.just finished my celebratory blizzard for 3 weeks of no sugar or candy or milkshake etc.
a lot later than i had planned on, but fuck it. still cant get COMPLETELY PASSED that "fuck it!" mindset when i think ive achieved it. tomorrow is day #1 of 4 weeks with no sugar/candy/reesces/ all that horrid shit.
