i am in hiding.... as i fell off the wagon hardcore in feb.
Set the new base and jump back in.
I have been getting tempted more and more. A breakfast burrito sounds way better than eggs and veggies. I am hoping the Arbonne product I posted above works and it cancels out the food noise like the injectable does, but without the side effects since it is all plant based. I started it this morning. I will update how it goes.

I hiked hard Thursday,
Fasted 48 hours thur/friday
High protein dinner Friday and 1 beer with my wife.
Hit the gym with my son Saturday AM and smoked a couple tri tips all day Saturday. 1 more beer with my wife.
242.5 this morning 💪


What’s embarrassing is I think I hit 239 last March when I was getting ready for the mint 400. So I piled on 20lbs last year but I’m almost back to it. 225 here I come.
 
as of today, it's 3 weeks of no CANDY/CHOCOLATE BARS/SWEET SUGARY SHIT/REESCES/ANY OF THAT BS.

now is the hard part though............. i wish i didn't notice the mark was today. because, usually, that would mean that tomorrow, id go nuts and spend $100 at Dairy Queen, then start another 3 week thing on Tuesday.
i need to not do that.
reward myself with ONE reesces, or something alike, then go righ tback to no fucking sweets.
we'll see what my weight is tomorrow and maybe it'll push me to just keep the streak going, or fuck everything up and go with the "fuck it, i did 3 weeks! sugar time!"..........................................

If i didnt look and notice the 3weeks was today, i would of totally forgot and just kept on. but i fucking didn't.

see how this memory thing can really fuck me over, but also save my ass at the same time...........????

282.2! Didn't get much moving in this week. I did lift Saturday. Need to get more of that in. I am oposite of most, all i mainly do is legs. I need to get those upper body muscles burning too. Plan to hike after work today. And ride after work tomorrow. I lost some off the waist since the last time I measured. I will get a more accurate idea of how well the new Arbonne product helped next week with back to back measurements.
