221lbs

Ill try again tomorrow 😪
I am going to get hit next Monday for sure. I am going to cheat bad and don't think I will digest it all. I'll have to work extra hard to make room for it this week. 😳

304 still fml 😡
God damn it. These 5am peloton mornings piss me off and now I have nothing to show for them.
Have you tried seeing where you are daily calorie wise. I don't think you need to track all the macros per say, but seeing what puts big hits to you calories and what doesn't is kind of an eye opener. You will loose weight targeting 2100-2500 calories a day average, even without the peloton. Obviously the number would be different for those of a different weight class. We are close to the same size. On top of calories I am targeting >135g of protein, >25g fiber, and >64 oz of straight water (separate from whatever else I drink).

A little nut bar is 190 calories. That is a quarter of the calories of a FULL plate of chicken, black beans, and rice. Half of 3 eggs with a cup of ground turkey. Every silver bullet is 102 calories and no good nutrition. 7 beers is equal to a full meal without all the good stuff. So if you are doing 7 beers and a 3 full meals... I am not saying you need to stop beers, I am saying you need to take those calories into account by eating less around it.

If you have good insurance, they want you to get to a better BMI. Mine covers my dietitian / the app to track my calories. They also covered most my blood panel. I did get a extra hormone panel which was $275, but I could have got the basic panel for free. It might have to be prescribed by a doctor for insurance to kick in.

191

A good resource that helped my wife and I, was getting on the weight watchers app.
They have recently updated it so you can track your macro nutrients as well.

foods that I thought were a healthy alternative to crappy snacks turned out to be packed full of calories, and not helpful to weight loss at all.

165.0 lbs, but in my defence i havent shit yet this morning 😆 Not really losing but i guess not gaining is cool. All i consume now days is water, meat/protein and light beer. Slowly working N/A's in again. My wife says too much protein will create kidney stones. Is that correct?

I do need to do better tracking calories, i am just lazy when it comes to that. No issue with beers, you would think this belly was driven by coors, but i have never drank beers in my life. lol I am fueled by breakfast burritos. I think portions and grazing are killing me right now. I have salad with groud chicken, but eat a shit ton of it. I will make breakfast of 3 eggs, but should probably cut that down. Need to train my brain to reduce amounts i think... or work harder.

But how did the two weeks, no brownies work out for you? Do you still crave sugary snacks?
2 weeks will be tomorrow.
fuck yes i crave Reeses and M & M's and sugary shit. fuck YES, i do. hah. but now it's kinda of just become habit and i actually have wired my brain to remember that im not doing sugary shit for 2 weeks.

i just need to always think that, until i truly do believe the 2 weeks, is actually infinity weeks. hah

Per Google Ai... too much animal based protein can lead to kidney stones.
I get a ton of mine from Arbonne Protein mix which is plant based. Also from black beans, and nuts.
I do three eggs and 2-3 cups of meat based protein a day. Ground turkey and / or Chicken breast. I will be rotating in red meats soon and plan to do more salmon meals.
I also was thinking about adding some creatine to my mix. That could also lead to kidney stones I hear with too high doses.

Are N/A beers really any better for you? Other than the separate effects of alcohol on the body. I don't trust any drink that has a flavor, but claims 0 calories. What chemicals are you consuming to keep the flavor. I will drink real soda vs diet 10/10. Same with sugar free claims. Sugar is better than what they typically replace it with.

This is my daily breakfast for the next three days. Then I need to prep the next. I doubt 3 eggs @210 calories is what is getting you. By comparison calorie wise, three handfuls of almonds will exceed this in calories. Healthy snacks should tide you over to the next meal, but you have to be careful that your snack doesn't become a meal.
For me it was not turning off eating after dinner and / or before 7. If i finish dinner early and want a snack before 7, that is fine as long as I still have room on 2500 calories.

Measuring isn't exact but I gained 3/4" at the belly but lost another 1.5" at the belt. Total is 1.5 off the belly and 2.5 off the belt since 12JAN. I notice way more difference off the top of the belly. I need to get back into spending some time with weights. I did 2 rounds this weekend and the shoulders started cooperating a little ways in. The first few reps of the different exercises I had to really take it slow and feel out the movement to make sure it didn't go wrong.
I also did a good hike last week. I need to start rotating more steep into my walks. I committed to a big hike weekend with @4lowlance end of month and I don't want to be the one holding up the party.

N/A beer is not better from a Diet standpoint. Calories in calories out. Beer is going to have Carbs in it regardless

Your body takes the carbs in what you eat or drink and then turns that into sugar for energy.. If you burn then energy with moving your body then you are good. If you don't then your body stores that as fat.

So if the goal is to trim up and lose weight feel better overall. Ditch the beer all together.

once you get to where you want to be you can have some here and there and be totally fine but day after day with no added activity you are going to creep back to the starting weight.

wtf do I know though...

Stop eating tortillas/potatos. the eggs and sausage or chrizo or bacon cheese is fine

3 eggs thats good.

eating a ton of salad aint making you gain weight my guy. no crutons in that bitch either ! Damnit!

start tracking what you are eating an its pretty easy to see what's fucking you up. It's just simple Math... Calories in Calories out.

And lets fucking goooo

It's wild walking on an incline at 3 miles an hour for 10ish mins burns almost the same amount of calories as running a mile on flat at a 6.0 mph pace.

Keep it up butter cup

Hiking up to Tractor sucked way worse on foot, but the muscles just need trained.

And I am proud of you for going out to KOH and coming back lighter in more than your wallet.
