I was 297.8 this morning. Still going in the right direction. I am seeing that my digestion is normalizing as things are starting to look way more regular. 😆 I have lost an inch of the belt and about 2" at the navel. I will have my wife get my C-18 pictures when I get home. Not sharing, sorry to all you chubby chassers.

My C-18 pictures not hers. :ROFLMAO: She isn't chubby. I am lucky I have such an award winning personality. I don't know how she doesn't vomit when I take my cloths off.

but, we'll see. going to kick my boots round' and round' to get some movement in round' town tonight, see if i can kick off some weight as i spin a purty little lady round and round........... and not make her eat shit.....

Well this is embarrassing. Weighed 308 last night and 304 this morning.. been weighing myself in the mornings so that should be more accurate.. fuck gained 4 lbs, guess I should of skipped birthday cake
 
Morning is always better / more consistent. Especially if you stop eating around the same time every night. Then you have about the same period of your body doing the things it does with your food / drink. Wake up, get rid of excess waste and jump on the scale. It would be better to wait a day for the morning weigh in then to grab a mid day one after eating a meal and drinking a bunch of water.

You are still better than where you started and the weight spike will probably go away if you eat well the rest of the week.
