I re-did the table on page 1 into excel. Should be easier to read and update. Unfortunately I could only drop it in as a picture.
Lets get those weigh in numbers for all the slackers. Anyone else want in?
the new chart is legit and way easier to digest and figure out who is slacking...
 
Why the fuck do I do this to myself?

I even told myself, as I was walking into Circle K, to not buy shit, snack, junk things, and only buy the waters, 3 or $5 for x2..... that I planned to buy.
But I did this. Waters, and 2 coffees, and this. $14 And now I have super fucking regret and I feel like an idiot, fat-ass fuck.

HELP ME GUYS.

The mental shit, like telling myself what to do/not do.... just doesn't fucking work for more than a week.

I give my dad my debit card sometimes, but I always find ways to sneak cash out of the bank, then I buy whatever I need to buy, but if theeres change left ill use it on coffee and cookies.

My only advice is force yourself to the healthy snacks instead. Grab a beef stick or jerky, nuts, or even trail mix with m&ms. If you need the need to snack, snack right. Nobody can hold your hand at all times. Trick your mind into thinking it is getting a treat. If you can drop sweets for two weeks you might not even crave them anymore.

There are a few bars out there that are healthy but still taste sweet. I like the RX bars for that.

i agree witih this. i thought it was impossible to drink coffee black... Now that is all i drink after years of sweet sugar filled coffee.
My snacks are now nuts and jerky... i just tell myself i cant have baked food/bread and i cant have sugar... There is enough other things to fill the void. Maybe once a week i will have a fun size candy.

I find i dont look at the chips, cookies, candy as much anymore..... but i am no saint, because i cant say no to a breakfast burrito. lol.

I LOVE the MetRX bars. But they're so filling, and like $5 EACH! I know, I know. Be/ter than $14 on chocolate shit....


Ok so, im posting now and saying that post with the brownie Pic, is the last sweet / candy / chocolate shit snack ill have for 2 weeks. Nothing until - 2/2/26.

Shop around. Aldi has good prices on bags of nuts. Grocery Outlet isn't consistent of what they always have but it is generally cheap on what they do. I get my bars from Costco by the box. I am sure Smart and Final has then by box too. Has to be somewhat cheaper that way. My wife says Target is cheaper than the grocery stores for most snacks and grocery stores have to be cheaper than gas stations.

Been at my GFs house all weekend. We did a 14mi bike ride followed by a 5mi walk, along with eating like starving birds all weekend. Shes "training" for the Ventura marathon so by default Im on an exercise and diet routine with her - she eats dry salads lol. Fuck that, Id rather be fat.

Ill weigh-in tomorrow when I get home so Im on the same scale and at roughly the same time as normal.

Do you have filtered water at home ? And coffee pot? Fill up there and make coffee at home. Save yourself money and don’t even give yourself the chance to go in the store to possibly buy some bullshit you don’t need.
