Do you have filtered water at home ? And coffee pot? Fill up there and make coffee at home. Save yourself money and don’t even give yourself the chance to go in the store to possibly buy some bullshit you don’t need.

Think about how many mother’s you’d be able to take to Sizzler. If you quit wasting money at Circle K.
 
The two week break from sweets is to change the gut bugs from sending the signal to your brain to feed them. Taking a probiotic might help change over the bad guys to good guys too. The sucky thing is sugar is powerful and releases a dopamine's so cheating will put those cravings back in place.

I see changes around week two for kicking most of the cravings overall which is where that number came from. Coffee takes a week of suck to kick. They say is you can quit something for thirty days you can quit it forever. But you still have to want to. With three kids, I have all sorts of bad treats, candy, cookies, and chips in the pantry. You have to be strong. No one is typically there to help you but you.

Prepping for the week like @UR_Mawm69.
Breakfast casserole 6 servings with each being approx 3 eggs, 2/3 cup ground turkey (taco seasoned), and 2/3 cup roasted sweet potato.

Macros acording to the google should be,
  • Calories: ~550–600 kcal
  • Protein: ~45–50g
  • Fat: ~25–30g
  • Carbs: ~30–35g
  • Fiber: ~5–7g
 
I have a bunch of cooked ground turkey, shredded chicken, and a few chicken breasts for meal centers. Then just need to cook the sides or add to a salad.
 
i just did kinda good and kinda fucked myself............

could have/should have eaten one of my shredded beef and sweet taterz dinners...... but Brogan was crying for a Thai place.
so i got a beef fried rice plate (which is really a fucking platter of food with how much they give you.......)
but i did only eat like a little more than half of it, instead of it ALL.............? Better than, right? hah
 
I am a bad clean whatever is on your plate person. So yes, only eating what you need and stopping when you are full is great. You could put a description with approx quantities in Google and it should be able to give you close macros.
