Who is going to join me for the New Year new me plan. @4lowlance @Jared MacLeod @dwphoto @Cleandezert

Who is down to keep each other honest and on track. I am going to start 05 JAN with a weigh in after my morning shower. I feel I have 60lbs extra to get me to 240 lbs target. I just got a blood panel done and am waiting results.

I am going to start with Arbonne's 30 day clean eating plan (elimination diet) and go from there. Hopefully get on the bike more and maybe other activities to fill in the gaps.
 
I am assigning numbers to make listing weigh in's easier to list. In so far Me #1, @dwphoto #2, @WW_RANGER_X #3, @Cleandezert #4
Weigh in happens Monday. I like only weighing weekly so it averages out the daily fluctuations. I like morning after a waking up and taking a piss, but pick what ever time is good for you.

Let’s fucking gooo bud. Weighing in at a crisp 206 at the moment. Down from 217…10
Weeks ago. Already been “keto” last 6 years but really had plateaued in last few years. So started hitting the gym with one of my hockey buddies and cut cheese for the most part and all the keto bread and tortillas. As that became a huge part of my diet. Right now mainly just eating meat and salad and nuts.

Goal is around 190-200 and to become less of a weak bitch. It’s been truly humbling going into the gym seeing what my buddy and others including some women can lift and squat. But already seeing progress so stoked on that. Going to 24 hr fitness in Simi 5:15 am 3 to 5 times a week if you wanna party.

At 5:20 I am on my way to work. 😁 I have some basic stuff at home I should start using. I need to stop being soft when I have time to pedal.
