Hello boys and girls.

I have a 2023 F150 in our fleet that I had the privilege of ordering before i got a raptor. It's got all the good stuff; 5.0L V-8, 36 Gallon Tank, 4x4, 4 door, shortbed, white paint, all black interior, big screen car play, etc. ect.

Anyway it is approaching 60k miles and will be out of warranty soon so I will peel it from our fleet and I can pick it up for close to nothing. I want to dump my OJ bronco and build this for my offroad rig.

My list is:
  1. 4x4 long travel setup. Prefer a pocketed lower shock mount, bypass/coil setup, and I would do a simple custom engine cage (crossover).
  2. Spring under rear setup. Simple bedcage for bypass/tire/tool mounting.
  3. Glass. No raptor conversion, and I'd like to retain the factory front bumper, so i need extended caps and grill valence.
I am not taking this out to hammer whoops and jump shit. It's a weekend mohave desert cruiser that I will pack full of camping gear and do 500 miles of dirt in a weekend. I may cage it in the future, but not the near future.

Question being: Where do i go for the above that checks all the boxes? I have been out of the game long enough that I don't know who is around anymore. Do I just go to the Raptor outfitters and start clicking order for the front kit? Will raptor front parts even work on these things?

Your OJ bronco will be a much easier and capable build IMO. Probably cheaper (or at least the same money will go farther on the bronco than the f150) in the long run too.

Everything is "cookie cutter" for the broncos these days. Its disgusting to see what a "mildly built" bronco is capable of. A couple friends have ttb broncos that are just cut n turned with a c/o up front and deavers with a smooth body out back and theyre couches compared to the limited travel 4x4 a-arm toyota in my garage.

I don't know of any 4x4 long travel kits for the 21+ off hand that have axles. I would contact Camburg or Dirt King and see if they have anything in the works or know if Raptor stuff will work on your truck.

Kibbetech(i think), foutz motorsports( i don't know much about them just saw the kit a few weeks ago), and Hm Racing Design but I've seen their awesome stuff but I've heard scary stories from a few people now...which sucks because their stuff looked legit.

My Bronco is an impressive 30 year old piece for having just desolate parts and a cage. It is also a real bitch to get the kid in and out of the back...

You boys know if any of the raptor parts will run on an F150 same vintage? I figure I'd ask here before calling around and wasting anyone's time.

Sorry but I don't know on the raptor to f150 parts interchangeability.

These guys appear to have done it with factory parts to factory truck
