trying to get the motor running this weekend
2010 mercury milan 3.0l duratec with GT3582 turbo
after it runs i can wire up my trans. 6hp26 and arcade paddle shifter via Arduino

for now i am rhino lining the front with a can of rustoleum

FYI 2010 Toyota sienna coil on plug fit right on a ford 3.0l duratec
tested at 10K on the Arduino!
cant trust the colors china put on the pigtails at all though

this is about as good as i get
put the individual powers to the coils on the right and injectors on the left.
the fuse blocks are oriented to the v6
when/if one melts down to china i can see what cylinder it is
still need to get some grommets.....

crank sensor is getting hotter by the minute in this maze of pipe
need to make about an inch or more of clearances to clear the tie rod end

Flush cuts my friend, get some flush cuts for those cable tie tails.

I tell the guys at work if you don't use flush cutters you leave flesh cutters.

made a wire frame to hold the fans
the plastic shroud was a couple inch's too thick to clear pretty much anything in the car
if i get bored some day i might make a more engineered shape

luckily i am almost out of parts to throw under the hood
she is packed in tight!
still super easy to work on any piece. just need the step stool

got the muffler mounted in a tight little corner
poked right out the shark fin
maybe 3/4" tire clearance
trailing arm 56% chance of rub at full crush
moving on....
