As mentioned by the_falab, add supports to the wheel opening. I added supports at the wheel openings. 1" tube welded to the body with a nutsert tab attached to the end for the bedside.

Late to the party... I used nutserts and Auto Fab body panel mounts for the Bedsides. They've taken a good beating and still holding up!

Panel update. Wrapped up the driver side panel and added the button head hardware to the mesh! I need to add one more mounting location tab to each panel and I can call it good, for now.. lol..
