ive got this frankenstein volvo wagon im currently building. trying to use as many of the spare stuff i have in the shop. i am trying to utilize some d44 beams that have been modifed one inch on the insides to fit into a ranger/explorer/b2 frame with a 14" spread. i am trying to use them in a 96 bronco frame. the factory pivots in this frame are shot. i was going to purchase some stock replacements from desolate. i dont mind the extra track width my only concern is keeping the axle shafts cycling cleanly. do i need custom brackets that accomidate the 14" spread. does anyone make them to fit into a fullsize frame? if anyone has any experience with this that would be great.
