Only if you get caught! But really I wonder if this is going to be how they apply a mileage tax once they force that on everyone.

The mileage tax is another one of those "WTF" ideas. How the hell are they going to implement it? Ive heard various theories from going off of your insurance records (and having to do a yearly mileage disclosure with your Ins company or get 'dropped'), to something that plugs into your OBDII port (I cant wait to fuck with that thing. Or what about my fleet of shit boxes that dont have an OBDII ports), to having a yearly inspection that we'll have to do, etc etc.
This state is so badass, too bad its ran/managed by assholes.

Honestly it really is. There's so much to do and see, but it's incredibly mismanaged.
The older I get the more frustrated I am.
And here I was out if cali and moved back.
Some say I had freedom but that was far from the case. I just deal with commiefornia gas and insurance prices but register stuff that wont smog in South Dakota. Living in the middle of everything Lucerne has its peaks. No neighbors or cameras to watch me.
