This section seems pretty quite, probably because people don't want to get made fun of.

Oh well here is my little golf cart I did last year, it's done so I can get the build pictures up fast.

It's a 2018 rzr turbo s, kinda just a fun safe desert car.

Started off taking it down to the frame:

I used a cagewrx wiy cage, it went together really well, I welded it to the frame making it a one piece frame.


Added a guesst across the two halfs, and the doors are gone:

Rear bumper build:

I made it to hold the heat exchanger for the water air aftercooler:

Cage was tabbed out and spray painted:

Basically everything I could weld a tab for I did, I tried to avoid bolt on brackets if I could.



After spray paint, pretty sure it was still semi wet got the engine slid in.

With the tabs pre done the factory harness and interior panels went back in. I added a bunch of double zip tie mounts to the frame to take place of the plastic snaps. Pumper and pre filter mounted.

Suspension mounted up, and garage alignment.

Details on the belt cooling intake, still need a scoop, panel mount borrowed from the sprint car catalog
