i wish more people would make videos like this these days about warnings for bad fab shops......

on THE OTHER end.......

i can totally see how that would turn into a bunch of people just bashing other fab shops that they don't "like because their mother looks like this or that" or something, and it just becoming a big fucking mess........


ON BOTH ENDS, fuck this social media world nowadays, but also not fuck it. i dont even know anymore. so much good, but so much bad with it. not to hijack the thread, but idk if theres more bad shit that comes from it, or good that people just dont talk about.

Different price point and different uses for different applications, but after I put all ruffstuff/generic china heims on my truck and they were blown out after 2 trips I said I’m never giving ruff stuff another penny again. Lol. I’ve seen a few companies that work with RS directly saying that post was bullshit

I actually had very good luck with ruffstuff Heims. The cheap spacers mushroomed but the Heims themselves lasted many years

Same over here. 6-8K angrily aggressive dirt miles since I linked my Turboyota, and I’ve only had to replace 1 of the 6X 1.25 rear heims. Pleasantly surprised

people like complaining (myself included) so you're usually going to see more negative feedback than positive. That's just the way it goes it seems.

I've been trying to make it a point to give small businesses more flowers online when I have good experiences. Especially in the offroad industry it seems so rare now that these companies actually provide meaningful value beyond the hardware - so when a place actually does, I feel like they deserve to be recognized.

Expanding.
In the same vein - I don't feel like businesses deserve to ride the coattails of their former success. With McQueen specifically, the founder passed away and ever since then it seems like more and more people have issues. The free market works when they're held accountable to their actions. We can only affect that by talking to our fellow consumers about it.
