Oldman

Hello, been a member for awhile but haven’t posted one of my builds yet. So here is Oldman. He is a 04 Chevy 2500hd gasser. It is fully loaded inside that’s why we call it our Oldman truck. Started life as our tow rig. Once we bought a diesel it was time to build a comfortable “do most” 4x4. 1.0 of the build was a ORD SAS front kit with a Chevy 60 on leaf springs. “Cause I had parts laying around” once we realized that was a horrible idea I ripped the front apart again and installed the up to date front kit.
it is now a 05 Dana 60 with a WFO radius arm kit in front. The rear up until hammers this year was stock now it has Deavers and bypasses. I tell more of the story and load pics as I go. Thanks.

Since the build has been finished enough. It has been a tow rig, rock crawler, and an over lander. We have taken it to Moab, Sand Hollow, Big Bear, and ran the Rubicon. I still have a few more upgrades to do like a better transfer case and bumpers. But it is my wifes and my favorite build.

right on it's awesome up there. Been wanting to cruise up there and scope out the train loop. Have you found good wheeling ?

The loop is pretty cool.
Haven’t really found much yet. But always on the look out.

I know Sherman pass? Is supposed to be pretty cool out by Isabella not exactly local though. Just looked that's like a 2.5 hr quest. woof
There is a cool spot in Lake Los Angeles we've been talking about hitting too at some point.

Heck yeah. We have wheeled a trail by Isabella but would love to get up in the Piute mountains near Isabella this summer.

Of course we hit the normal spots like Jawbone and Dove springs which is about a hour away.
