How to confuse and disgrace your Toyota pickup

curious if anyone knew these trucks existed, I saw one in Germany 10 years ago and was very confused till I looked it up. I always thought if I owned a Toyota pickup the correct generation I would do a Taro grill and tailgate just to confuse and anger people.
