Flat strap bender

Anyone have a recommendation for a flat strap bender sorta like the TMR machete thing? I saw a DIY bender made from angle iron but cant find it again to duplicate. I need to bend some 2" x .080" aluminum 90 degrees with a 1" radius at the corner. Trying to build a coolant surge tank with a one piece outer piece instead of welding it all together.

Tack weld a piece of 2" tube vertically to your welding table (2" OD = 1" bend radius), tack weld a vertical piece of round stock to act as a stop for the stationary side of the strap. Use your hand to bend it around the tube since it's thin material. EZ Peasy
