Cut and extended beams

Hello, I recently bought an 86 ranger, 2wd 2.3 5 speed, I want to know how to cut and extend the beams, I know how to weld and fabricate ok, I wanted to extend them 4 inches per side, I do plan on running 35s at some point, and step by step photos? Thanks
