I was already looking at going here, don’t know much about it however. Do you recommend it? Do they have a good program? Does the things learned there open up a lot of career opportunities?
I would work as a shop helper at any off-road shop. You'll get paid and learn a lot from people that are actually making money at it for a living. You'll learn a lot more that way; in my opinion.

There are like 3 or 4 fabschool grads where I work at a defense startup. One runs the press brake, one the fiber laser, one of them burns mig wire, and another is a cnc button pusher.
My friends own Ameribrade and HD laser, and HD Laser has one of their grads working the press brake and welding shit.
We have worked with Victor at the Fabschool as he sponsors our events. Great guy and talking to him they have a career management department that helps you get jobs after you graduate. Also seems like they have alot of opportunities to help at races and such. He was telling me a story that him and his team were down in mexico helping at the 1000, and one of his students was offered a job by a big TT team on the spot for helping.
