Just measure your truck and buy a body lift, take the nylon blocks and cut them down to use instead of aluminum.

Hmmmmm I'll think about that, a quick look at some body lifts online and they arent that cheap imo. I still dont know what the factory height is supposed to be because the ones on the truck are old and compressed so I can't confidently measure them.
