guys, i've been really fallin off the wagon the past week or so................
i fucking bought 2 little bags of Reece's because they were 50% off Easter candy and im an idiot......... ate both of those within a week. just been buying a lot of "well, one cookie here is fine, or one of these is fine" recently. i know weigh ins aren't till tomorrow but i got a fucked up brain and said i want to prepare myself for tomorrow when i fucking break the scale and............ 2fuckingeightfuckignteen.

i'm so fucking ridiculously consistent and hard on myself about working out & yoga & all sorts of other shit....... but when it comes to my diet and food......... i SUCK MAJOR D&CK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't excercize into a 6 pack. Exercize is support. If your exercize is consistent (burning the same extra calories) and you are not dropping, then you are eating too much calories. Proper foods at proper calories is where the action happens. It isn't rocket surgery.
 
Life go busy and I didn't get much exercize in. I was sick yesterday. 268.0 this morning, probably mostly due to starving, all my muscles bbeing tight, and a 100 deg fever all day.
 
@zachwabbit is added into the group at 230lbs and the sheet is current and posted. Personally real stoked to get into the 260s and surpass the 50lbs down mark.

Movement stats so far this year. 272 miles and 41066 ft elevation on the bike. 114 miles 19063 ft of elevation on the feet. My bench game is pretty weak though. :p

230 lbs this morning. Not sure what happened as I ate pretty well last week and did quite a bit of walking (over the weekend). Either way, next weeks scale digits will be lower!
If the walking you did was strenuous enough for your body to replenish glycogen into your muscles then it will also add extra water for glycogen support on a 1:3 ratio. It sometimes takes one to two days after for the water weight to settle out.
 
175.2 this morning. I worked out 3 times and had tummy troubles for like 3 days why am I not a skinny bitch yet?! 🤣 what a rip off. Expecting the return of my six pack by next week because I’m gonna work out again.

Felt really good to workout and lift some weights again though. Happy to be back at it 💪🏻 including photo of the new personal trainer I hired. He’s pretty tough. 🥵 laughs at my form, picks heavier weights for me, and add resistance to the resistance loops 😅 also made me carry him for sprints on HIIT day. So rude.

So I’ll give my favorite trash snack recap…

After a night in the shop I snuck into the fridge to hoop up some extra pepperoni left over from the delicious charcuterie my wife made for dinner.

Not once
Not twice
But THRICE

I grabbed those pepperoni slices and dipped it directly into the blue cheese jar for a midnight snack…. 😭
That’s why I can’t keep that shit in the house. Everything is a vessel for dipping sauces

I might have ate the left over salami and a few slices of cheese from my wife's last event. No crackers or dipping on that one. I did have a Avenue Burger with garlic truffle fries from Barrelhouse 101 and a beer to go with it. I nearly choked when AI told me the meal was 2200 calories. But boy was it delicious. I did a 28.4 mile / 3560 elevation ride to work some of it off the next day.5438.webp
 
Family is gone. I need to buckle down again and get back into a better program.
This weekend is the Lockwood / Miller cleanup so I should be getting a bunch of getting in and out of the vehicle and walking trail clearing brush. The might be a few higher calorie sport sodas on the menu, but I will try and balance that out with better choices for the rest of the meals.
