2026 Losers Club

New Arbonne product.
Arbonne just released a plant based GLP-1 weight loss product. Basically a drink that stimulates the GLP-1 receptors naturally. No shots, no medicine. Hit myself or message Katy direct if you are interested. I will get you the best price possible.
i am going to start it what ever Monday after it ships and will update honestly from there.
Looking forward to this weekends hike with @4lowlance to Panimint City. I don't know if I will loose or gain. The Moutain House meals are all fairly high calorie as well as the support snacks.
288.2 Monday morning after a Bandits Unbeatable tri-tip sandwich, sweet potato fries, and a side salad w/ranch the night before. 😇
Still -1.2 lbs.

I have a 1/2 container of peanut butter pretzel nuggets in the pantry that kill me every time I go in there. I have already tossed cheese due to mold. I have only had bread three times this year :dwphotovoice: that is 3 times too many. Bread will kill you. :voiceoff:
Getting more temptations as the days go on.

“Prepped” this week and it took less than 2 hours. Seeing all these nice, neat containers makes me happy when I open the fridge!

Took the time to wash/cut/peel all fruits and veggies, cooked ground beef 2 ways and chicken 2 ways, and made rice and quinoa. Took so much less time than I thought it would!

Now I not only have readily available, healthy options to grab and go at any time…I also just freed up a ton of time and cognitive load spent wondering what to make for dinner, cooking, doing dishes, etc. All I have to think about it my macros now as I put together snacks and meals.

Plus it’ll help Andrew make better choices too :) and easy healthy things to feed the baby!

Ignore the chocolate syrup…that is not part of the prep 🙃

Is that moonshine next to the syrup? Nice!

289.6...
I somehow went up from 285.8 that I had weighed myself Thursday before joining @4lowlance for the weekend hiking to Panamint City. We averaged 21 miles over 3 days with 15 of those with a 40lb pack and still gained while eating freeze dried food and tuna. :D

I bumped up too. Ken and I ate pretty clean except some 395 Carls Jr on the drive out. We both tried to cram as many calories as possible while hiking. It was an ass kicker for sure.
Ken is a freakin beast to hike like he does at 320+ Gross GVW

247.5 this morning.
