I knew it was going to bad but, it guess only a 0.6 gain due to yesterday's activities was okay. I need to get it back on track for next week. I also missed some of my exercise days. Trying to ride Tues / Thurs / Sat with walking or hiking every other day.

Had a great family vacay in San Diego. Found a cool tap room that sold beer by the ounce. They give you a glass and a special card. Swipe your card at the tap and pour the amount you want and it tells you the per oz price per beer. Makes it fun to sample lots of stuff. I hit the 11% nitro milk stout a little too hard.

Spreadsheet updated with all but two.
I cheated on my "only once a week" weigh in @UR_Mawm69 style and jumped on the scale this morning too. 1.8 lbs down from yesterday but the chart stays with Mondays number. We are going out in Ventura for Shane's official 21st (two days delayed) on Sunday. I am going to try to be good on my food orders, but I can't promise anything on drinks.

Well, I had digiorno (sp?) pizza at the iron door on friday, and I half-ass cheated at a superbowl gathering on sunday, and this mornings weigh-in shows it.

Bite your tongue, DiGiorno rising crust peperoni and sausage or three meat is delicious. I would put it up against stuff I have paid way to much for from Donkynose or Pizza Slut in the past. It would be my go to frozen pizza. Even better when you catch a good sale at 4.99 ea.
That being said I have not touched one or any other pizza this year. Which is hard with Shane cooking 4-5 a week.

hit new PR at 185lbs on the bench today.. pretty stoked .. still a little bitch but couldn't do that 3 months ago.

I drove by the turn coming back from the rail road tracks with joey and reese, Erica was with Dave Hough in his canam and i was way ahead of them and thought i should go see if Admas there and then the kids kept bugging me about ice cream.

Can you do Plank Knee Drives and then can you do box squat to jump. That would kind of give you the same movements in two separate exercises without the coordination issues that you would run into with burpees.
