LITERALLY MY REACTION TO THE WORD/YOUR RESPONSE????




back on topic.
i kinda fucked up. i knew i was fucking up when i did it, and said "fuck it". 2 weeks of no sugary shit/snacks/reeses/whatever, would have been the end of yesterday/this morning at 12am........ when i left yoga yesterday, there's a Dutch directly across the street, i said fuck it, ill just get a coffee......... then by the time i got up to the window, all the girls there know me and they didn't have to "talk me into it" too much before i told myself, "fuck it" AGAIN and i said "what's half a day short. fuck it. buy all of the sugary shit!"...... so i bought a chocolate chip muffin top, and also whatever the red treat of the month thing is.
then on top of that i SUPER FUCKED MYSELF............... but i don't even want to type it out for you fucks. thats how bad it was. i went dancing last night till midnight..... then stopped by QT right before i got home......... and royally fucked myself.


i did change the event in my calendar to end the "no sweets/sugary shit" to Monday. which is 13 days.
then i made another event for "no sugary shit/snacks/BS for 3 WEEKS" starting today......

We all have problems and issues... We are here to support each other even if that support is through "tough love". Your decisions are your decisions alone. The question in the end did the moment of happiness out weigh the depression of realizing your fuck up. And was it worth it. Are you going to be more sad you say no to the temptress or when you deal with the after effects.
Be your own boss. Find a "healthier substitute". Keep it in your car. When you feel like a snack, eat that instead. Some fairly clean bars still have a sweet taste.

Went for a hike today with Ken and he told me about the losers club. Log into BLGT and find out I’m already a member 😂

Started at 257 in January.
I’m only drinking on dates with my wife.
No garage beers. Margaritas on dates with my wife only.
Had my first dry camping trip last weekend, kinda rough.

251lbs today
Stoked to be under 250 next week.

Did a little 3.5 mile sunset hike with Ken. Super romantic.

Might be a little dehydrated but it sure felt good to see under 250 this morning. Put me on the board coach!

Going on family vacation this weekend. Goal is to come home still under 250.

I know, i know. i know all this shit, but i still fucking do it.
for example: i was out dancing my ass off last night till 12am...... then this morning did NOT get up at my 4am alarm, said fuck yoga and the gym, ill just go straight to work, bring my prepped and ready breakfast with me...... and i almost made it to work when i said meeeeeeeh ok fine, im starving, ill just swing into JBox & get a hashbrown, then go to work and eat my prepped breakfast burritos........... then as im ordering.......meeeehh fuck it, ill just get 2 hashbrowns........ meeeeehhhhhhhhhhh AND a sausage breakfast jack too.......... mehhhh...... with bacon............ mehhhhhh........ and ham. ok thats it Jakey!

scarfed those down before even getting to work. now i have a full on breakfast meal in the fridge at work, and i'm not even fucking hungry............

Hashbrowns were the worse choice of everything you said. :ROFLMAO: The bun isn't great either, but in the grand scheme of things it is probably minor. Eggs and meats are proteins (some might be on the fatty side but your body can still use it). I would say the cheese is okay, but it is probably American (processed oil cheese) and not cheddar or some other normal dairy cheese.

I forgot my breakfast today so I had the cafeteria at work do 3 eggs with peppers and onions and a sausage patty. Same idea. Not ideal, but the best choice of what was in front of me. Boy did I have thoughts on a corned beef hash breakfast burrito.
