2026 Losers Club

Hiking up to Tractor sucked way worse on foot, but the muscles just need trained.

And I am proud of you for going out to KOH and coming back lighter in more than your wallet.
Thanks big dog.... I walked a shit load and hiked a ton picking up cans and lifting all the barrels and bags of cans that shit is a work out.
When I got home I was actually down to 198.1 lol Not counting it though this am was 202.8 so thats the wiegh in

I wont be home until tomorrow mid-day for my weigh-in. Im not expecting too much though as I spent last week back east for some family stuff and was stuck in my grandparents house and/or a hospital the whole time. The highest temp I saw back there was 17*.... the lowest was -12*! Eff that.

Hopefully I can put some miles in on the bicycle 1st thing in the morning.

see! FUCK MONDAY WEIGH INS!

219.5 this morning!
Here is the tough pill. If you did good all week, and are bad every Sunday night then that is your average. Your Monday weigh ins should still show loss from the week before. If they don't, then you either didn't do good enough all week or you went too hard at the buffet Sunday. Even if you went too hard at the feed trough one week for Sunday, it might screw up one Monday, but the following Monday would show the correction. It doesn't matter if Tuesday or Wednesday are lower than Monday. It matters that each day is lower than that day the week before. If you want to have the bar food on Sunday then you need to do even better Monday through Saturday. It is the weeks worth of calories in vs calories out that maters.

In simple terms if every Monday is 220 and you don't like that number, but you like seeing Wednesday at 215 then you shouldn't be happy until you see Wednesday at 212, then 210, ect. If you do that then Monday should also go 218, 216, ect.

Monday is just easiest for me to remember as it is my first early morning I have to get up for work. The rest of the week is going through paces. I can adjust mine if everyone thinks they would get them in better on another day.

@UR_Mawm69 Per this you probably want to be in the 1800-2000 range day to day to have some wiggle room for fun dinners with the kid on weekends. Those times are precious so have fun with them, but be smart with what you order as well. Even little things like sweet potato fries vs regular helps (lower glycemic). But no fries is even better. Same with cheese. A slice of cheese is 113 calories alone.

I know you track a lot already, but track everything, even the cheats. Even the sneaky stuff like coffee creamer (50 cal per tablespoon). Hopefully you aren't shoveling sugar in you coffee as well.

well there is my problem.
A 1/4lb patty is 200 ish. It would be better to add a patty in place of cheese. More calories overall but also more protein and more filling. I love my cheese, but the flavor might not be worth it at this point. I hate to be the voice of @dwphoto, but the bun is probably 150-200 calories and all bad ones. I don't want to sound like a gay, but a in-n-out double or triple lettuce wrap with grilled onions and pickles (no cheese or sauce other than mustard) is probably the healthiest fast food option.

but fo reel.......

i do not eat cheese slices, or just cheese for the matter, at all.
coffee creamer is only protein powder........ (TRY IT! IT'S FUCKING AMAZING!)
tracking, yes, i do a lot of that.
but not much anymore.
i got WAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too obsessives over it. i'll take my peace over doing that as extreme as i did, again, any day.

i totally get everything you said, and i knew/know that about when i weigh myself and stuff.
I KNOW WHAT TO DO, in order to lose weight. definitely.
but i could fill this whole page with excuses if i wanted to...........

that's the fucking hard part.
if i would just ONLY stick to my meal plan, not waver from it for more than about 10-20 calories...... stick with as much yoga as i do....... as much time in the gym as i do........
I KNOW THAT ID BE FUCKING SHREDDED AND HAVE THE BODY THAT I WANT.

the sad part is.......... i guess i just dont WANT it bad enough, like i say i do.

Just got off the scale at 224 lbs even. Honestly I thought I wouldve gained weight since I was so sedentary last week. Got a 13.5 mile bike ride in yesterday, so I felt good about that. Now back to my regularly scheduled BS.

For me, I try to stay UNDER 2k calories a day, focusing on eating more meat and veggies. I totally agree that a double-double, mustard-fried and lettuce wrapped is one of the best fast food options you can get. My downfall is eating "healthy" salads, but then using ranch dressing instead of Italian... and Id rather be fat than use any type of vinaigrettes and oils and such. My chick just puts some lemon juice on her salads and goes to town - that should be some kind of hate crime.

Just keep at it buddy. Stay consistent. Rember to put as much work into your head and soul as you do your mid section.

I actually don't mind the mix I do with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, single serve guacamole, and maybe a little salsa (not the pace kind). I add salt, pepper, garlic, crushed red, and maybe some BBQ rub to taste. It definitely caries more kick from the apple cider vinegar, but I am used to it. The guac adds some creaminess to it. If I am at a restaurant it is going to be ranch or Caesar.

my wife just did a salid that is very similar with vinegar and olive oil. I actually almost prefer that over ranch.... Which reminds me i should just make a bottle of it at home.... Ranch is just easier to grab and squeeze.

Apple Cider Vinegar is better for you than regular vinegar if you care.
