2025 Fiesta Island Meet?

Does (Down for Mobbing) Jason run it or was he just promoting it last time?

He doesn't run it. I think he just did a booth or something last year on it.

There was 2 groups doing it... The Fiesta island prerunners was not Jason... Jason did do his own with a benefit for CD where lunch and raffle tickets could be purchased.

Yeah and Jason no longer lives' in San Diego so not sure if he's going to do another one there either.

I haven’t heard that but I wouldn’t doubt it. SDPD was ticketing everything from window tint to open containers

Thinking about putting together another Prerunner Island Day, but switching it up a little this time and making it more of a chill day in the water — kind of like a Prerunner & Floaty Day. The idea is to bring out the trucks, fire up the BBQ, and just hang out and float in the water for the day. Keep it fun, relaxed, and low-key.

With how the PD was showing up last time and warning people about tickets if they didn’t start packing up, I think it’s better we move away from the whole “event” style setup. This would be more of a casual hangout than anything official.

Right now, most of our focus is on the Barstow night run on June 28th, but once that’s behind us, we’ll shift gears and start planning this.

What does everyone think? Would you guys be into it? Maybe July 27th?
