1989 Ford Ranger
Clean & clear title in hand
Running gear: 1990's mustang/Bronco or F150 302 and C6, no idea on year, miles, rebuild/misc. on the motor, bought it when it was carb'd, installed the Holley Sniper EFI Kit last year, not even 500 miles on it since then
C6 was fully rebuilt in 2017ish w/ not even 1,000 miles since rebuild, ART Carr Shifter
Full entire truck was re-wired with a professional harness specifically made for this truck/setup/lights/batteries/mis. by TommyGun Fabrication, x1 Optima Battery, wired and battery trays for 2 Optimas
Front: Equal length beams, not sure on brand, 14" King C/O, Fox 2.0 Bumps, Limit Straps, D44 5x5.5 Bronco/F1 knuckles w/ capped inner center holes for axles to prevent dirt/etc., the engine cage was built by previous owner and I haven't had a chance to redo it. I did stub the cage out of the firewall and into the current tube work a little. Recommended to redo the engine cage & tie ins though, for the future.
Rear: Old Randomly built/put together Deaver 62" pack, custom built front and rear hangers and shackles, bedcage MAIN tubes are 1.75" x .120 w/ 1.5" x .095 & .120 lacing
Interior: 2 PRP tan wide bucket seats, fiberwerx dash, autometer gauges, race radio, intercom, 2 headsets, speakers with an aux cord for music/no "stereo deck", 5 point PRP belts
Tires: x4 - 35" x12.50 x 15" General Grabbers, x2 spares BFG All Terrains, x6 KMC Beadlocks Powder Coated Black w/ tan PC'd rings
Misc: 1.75" DOM x .120 cage MAIN tubes, 1.5" x .095 DOM lacing, Sweet MFG disconnect, Bolt on front & rear bumpers, front has 3 Baja Designs old school HIDs, 2000 Explorer McNeil fiberglass front end conversion & headlights/grill, 95 conversion McNeil bedsides & tail lights, light rack behind cab (folds down) w/ 4x old school Hella Halogen lights, 2.5 ton Harbor Freight jack & skid, 2 Rigid Dually Ambers, rear bumper has 2 Rigid Dually lights for "backup" lights, professionally painted by a family friends paint shop
IT IS STREET LEGAL,
AS LONG AS YOU CAN REGISTER SOMEWHERE THAT IT WON'T NEED TO PASS SMOG.
All lights, turn signals, other misc. street legal stuff it needs, IT HAS.
This truck has a lot of blood sweat and tears and it literally makes me tear up posting a for sale/trade ad for it. But I won't make you read that sob story.
LIFE CHANGES and things happen.
Plan WAS to keep it forever, have my son learn to fab/work on/drive it, then give it to him as a "sweet 16" but with how many trips Ive been missing out on because I need a mildER, street friendliER and 4x4 friendly truck......... really has me thinking about something else.
I need:
something more street friendly, and seats at least 4 people.
DOESN'T NEED TO BE AS BUILT UP.
Trade offers that suit that need, are welcome.
