I want to build a prerunner on a broke highschooler budget. I love the way they look and I do live in Ohio so I don’t need the crazy preformance of one that is used in the desert, just something that is somewhat capable and reliable so I can daily drive it maintaining the cool look. I’m gonna be honest I know absolutely nothing about suspension and just about everything to do with prerunners, all I really need is an exact parts list and how the stuff works any knowledge helps. And I was inspired by this one I saw on terra crew that was a 2.3 manual rwd like mine

At the very least we need to know what year your truck is so that we can make you a parts list.

MANY years ago (20+) I lived in PA and also wanted a prerunner. I took a 93 extended cab 2wd, put some longer dixon coils on the front to lift it (didnt even bother with longer brake lines or shocks or anything, I was uber-retarded then, just mostly retarded now) and threw some 32x10.50 super swampers on it that I got for a great price. I rocked that east coast prerunner look until I moved out to CA.

Im just gonna be honest I have no idea what lift spindles are and the sway bar like I literally know nothing on how to make suspension have more travel

Do lift spindles and fiberglass and 35" tires and take the swaybar off.
^Lol!^

OP, I suggest you start digging through threads on this site (and others) and read about the various suspension designs and how they work. Theres TONS of info out there to help you learn and figure out how crazy you want to get. This stuff gets expensive pretty quickly and if you just want "the prerunner look", it wont be that bad. That said, its not hard to have $50k+ dumped into a 91 ranger that would only be worth $4k on craigslist.
