On the headers, use oem gaskets for the block to header connection.
I have some stainless header flanges where the cats connect already cut if you want them. They are 3/8" or 1/2" thick iirc.
I really like the remflex gaskets for that flange. Ill see if I can find the part number I used.

I asked him about doing slip on style rotors a while back and at least for the bigger center bore tundra stuff, he didn't seem to have an issue with it.

A coilover cantilever with stright links or that weird reverse mezzanine setup always looked sick to me but its extra work. You do get the motion ratio back in check though.

The lifetime warranty has me eyeing a set to butcher onto my tundra. I had one of the led drivers go bad on the morimoto retrofit kits and they don't make that part anymore so the fix was to re-retrofit the light at a cost of $450 again...

The transmission has shaft speed sensors for trans control that do not feed into the speedo. On the non-abs trucks. The sensor in the transfer case or tailshaft housing is what feeds the speedo. On the later model (04+) trucks, the abs ecu expects the tone ring signals and does speed off that...
I think that depends on if it is an abs model or not. I grabbed an 04 transmission from an abs model tundra and the speed sensor gear was not there and the port was blinded. I think all the sequoias are abs equiped so the speed would come from the tone rings but I may be wrong on that.

I pulled the resistor, jumpered the relay that swaps between it and the full kill mode, and am running an external high current wire/relay for the bigger pump in my truck. The ecu doesn't seem to notice but I also have not started it yet.

Check the starter solenoid connector on the harness while you have the intake off. They get baked and the tabs break off. You can get replacements from ballenger motorsports for like $5. Better to replace it now than have it pop off later.
Also check to see if the knock sensor connectors and...
Drill some holes through the aluminum and rough the shit out of it with a carbide burr or something before you try and stick it down so the resin keys through it.
I like to use a thickener with the epoxy like cabosil or something when attaching it to metal. You can also look at using something...
